J’ai effectué ma formation initiale à l’Université La Spaienza de Rome (Italie). Après avoir complété mon doctorat en Psychologie Cognitive à l’Université Eberhard Karls de Tübingen (Allemagne), j’ai été chercheur post-doc dans différents laboratoires à Paris : Laboratoire de Neurosciences Cognitives et Imagerie Cérébrale, Centre Emotion (CNRS 3246), Institut Jean Nicod. Depuis 2017, je suis Maître de Conférences à l’Institut de Psychologie de Université Paris Cité. .

Mes intérêts de recherche portent principalement sur trois axes : I) l’interaction entre les modulations attentionnelles et l’encodage et consolidation mnésique ; II) l’impact de la méditation de pleine conscience sur la cognition (mémoire, conscience de soi) ; III) les expériences esthétiques.

Dans les dernières années je nourris un intérêt particulier pour le mouvement Open Science et j’essaie d’en respecter les engagements.
