Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
parcours Sciences Psychologiques – Psychological Sciences Track
The Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Psychology Sciences track, offered by the Institute of Psychology, provides a solid broad-based education as a prerequisite for admission to a Master’s degree in Psychology, where professional and research training are offered.
The multidisciplinary approach of this program, with no specialization in any particular subdiscipline during the degree, is one of its strengths and distinctive features.
The different subdisciplines of psychology – clinical psychology, psychopathology, experimental cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, differential psychology, social psychology, neuropsychology, psychophysiology, and neuroscience – are taught progressively throughout the program. Alongside these core disciplines, courses in statistics, computer science, and English provide essential tools for psychology studies and professional integration. These skills also help students prepare for certification exams in digital skills (PIX) and languages.
From the Bachelor’s level, students take an active role in their own education. In addition to an internship (105 hours in Year 3), several small-group learning opportunities are offered throughout the degree, including APRs (Research-Based Learning) and then TERs (Research and Study Projects).
Three educational initiatives support students in adapting to their first year: the orientation week before the start of the academic year, peer tutoring, and personalized support from designated academic advisors.
